Eldin employs a virtual currency that we call Trade Bars (tb). There are many ways that players can start earning money on the server:

  • Mining
  • Farming
  • Fishing
  • Dungeons
  • Selling to other Players

Players can sell a select few items directly to the server by utilizing city markets, which can be found here. The price between cities can also vary slightly as there are special economic buildings that can boost the price of a particular item. Any item that is not on the server shop list will have to be sold to other players either by trades or by using a Player Shop.

Last, but not least, if you vote here for the server you can get 100 Trade Bars per vote per day.

A few helpful commands are:

  • /balance – This allows you to see your account balance
  • /pay <name> <#> – This will allow you to pay a player directly
    • For example, /pay cerberus402 10
  • /vote – This will send 5 URLs to your chat that take you to the voting websites

Player Shops

Player Shops are a way for players to stock up a shop and sell items even when they are not online. A Player Shop will have an NPC that will be skinned as the player who owns it. If you come across a Player Shop, all you have to do is right click the NPC to view the shop. To own a Player Shop you have to be above a certain rank which can be found here.

Players can own their own shops either in cities, by buying a shop plot from the owner, or by opening a shop on their own wild land. To open a shop the player must have 5,000 Trade Bars that will be taken by the server as a fee. All sales of the shop are taxed by 5%.

Lottery

Gaining trade bars can be an arduous task on Eldin. The lottery plugin allows players to gamble with their trade bars in the hope of winning a large cash prize when the pot is drawn.

  • The lottery has a chance to rollover, with no participant claiming the reward and the pot being added to the next.
  • Tickets cost 250 Trade Bars each.
  • The more tickets you buy, the higher your chance of winning.
  • You can buy a maximum of 15 tickets.
  • The pot is drawn once every 24 hours.

A few helpful commands are:

  • /Lottery buy <#>
  • /Lottery status – Brings up a menu that displays the previous winner, time until pot is drawn, money in pot, the global tickets, and your tickets.
